Ana Lima, PA

“Mens sana in corpore sano” is a Latin phrase by Roman poet Juvenal, which translates to “a sound mind in a sound body.” This phrase highlights the importance of the connection between the mind and body, particularly in relation to mental and physical health. I aim to embrace a holistic approach when working with patients, addressing both acute and chronic illnesses by treating the whole person, not just their symptoms.
