Dr. Ramisa Rahman is a board-certified physician in Family Medicine. She grew up in Plano, Texas and attended the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas. She completed medical school at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine in San Antonio, Texas and completed her residency at Medical City Arlington, where she was selected as Chief Resident of her program.
Dr. Rahman provides comprehensive healthcare with an individualized approach to patients of all ages. Her passion is to help patients maintain their optimal health through a holistic approach with evidence-based practices. From preventive care, chronic conditions, and overall wellness, she believes in empowering patients with knowledge about their health to collaboratively design personalized treatment plans.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Rahman enjoys yoga, photography, art, and watching basketball.
